For new clients we will discuss what your needs are and schedule an appropriate amount of time so that Dr. Kerley and our staff can address the questions and concerns that you have regarding your pet.

For all new clients, we require a deposit before scheduling an appointment with our doctor: $40 for a routine examination and $80 for a surgery. This deposit will be placed on your account and will be used towards your total when checking out during your visit. We require at least a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Should one not show up to the appointment or changes the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, that deposit will be lost and a separate deposit would have to be placed before scheduling another appointment. Our office uses a service called VitusVet as a portal for our clients to be able to view their pets medical records, request prescription refills, as well as schedule and confirm appointments. Unfortunately this service is only available if you are a current client and have provided an email address to us. You can download VitusVet onto Android and iOS devices or go to to register.
